Welcome Our New Social Services and Admissions Director

Mill Creek Nursing and Rehab is very excited to announce Shannon Kimble as our new Social Services and Admissions Director! While Shannon is new to the position, she is not new to our building. Shannon has been with our company working in long-term care since 2004 and has continued to grow since.

She has a vast background working in the healthcare industry. She started as an STNA, moved to scheduling, then to Human Resources, and now to Social Services and Admissions. We feel so lucky to have her in our facility to share her knowledge and experience.

Shannon was born and raised here in Galion, Ohio, and is proud to call Mill Creek her home. She has been happily married for 20 years and has three beautiful children. In her free time, Shannon enjoys spending time with her family and attending their many sporting events!

It has been refreshing to watch her grow in long-term care and build out her career. Mill Creek is thrilled to have her here in this new position. Next time you are at The Creek, stop by and give your congratulations to Shannon!
