Mill Creek Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is located in Galion, Ohio, less than one mile away from Galion Community Hospital. We offer physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy in a large state-of-the-art facility. Our patients enjoy a home-like environment that is comfortable and relaxing to encourage the healing process. We are our patient’s partners in continuing care.
