We're thrilled to announce Pam Bond as Mill Creek's Employee of the Month for January!



Since March 2009, Pam has been at our skilled nursing facility as an STNA, shower aide, and restorative aide, embodying leadership and knowledge every step of the way. Setting a high standard for resident care, she consistently goes above and beyond. Pam is not just attentive, observant, and considerate but also brings compassion and thoughtfulness to her role. Residents appreciate her positive outlook, and we are grateful to have someone like Pam on our team.
